RETURN POLICY
Can I change my order once I have placed it?
Please contact us as soon as you realise there is an issue with your order and we will do our best to help. As we are constantly processing orders, sometimes we may be unable to edit your order as it may have already been processed.
What can I do if I purchased the wrong product?
If you have any questions about the products, we always recommend to contact us immediately via email at wellness@healingcollective.com.au before you purchase. In the unfortunate chance you receive your parcel and the product is not quite right, we are more than happy for you to return the product within 7 days of purchase for a credit note which is valid for up to 2 years.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Can I return an item or get a refund?
We are happy to accept your item for return or refund (except for delivery charges ) if you change your mind or for incorrect selection, On the strictest conditions that:
* the item is returned within 7 days of purchase.
* the product is sealed and unopened and in its original packaging.
* The Healing Collective is not responsible for the return delivery costs of the product.
No returns or refunds are available on sale items, or for change of mind.
All items will be inspected by us on their return to ensure that they are re-saleable prior to any refund, exchange or credit being issued.
Returned items are the purchaser’s responsibility until such time as they arrive at the return delivery address, therefore ‘registered post’ is recommended.
If your return does not satisfy all the conditions for a return, it will not be accepted and further discussion will be required to achieve a satisfactory outcome.
How do I return an item?
Email us at wellness@healingcollective.com.au with the reason for returning the product/s. If approved, we will provide further instructions on the best way to return your product.
